Weißherbste and red wines


The recipe for success of our strong and characterful red wines is based on a long, classic mash fermentation. The grapes remain after the separation of the stem framework for two to four weeks, including the shells on the mash. This dissolves the color and aroma of the grape skin and the seeds. The result is complex red wines. The best come for about a year in oak barrels or barrique and get thereby their additional maturity.
